A simple system to keep to “keep meetings short and force you to take notes”. Richard Pope has create a mini-project to do this, which could be deployed on OKF servers:

Seems like a neat idea.

Another approach that's a little more raw is Debian's IRC meeting bot. I think the web approach would probably be sensible if it's not too much work to implement. There seems to be an aversion to IRC.
