Flag and tag bibliographic records on bibliographica with further info

It would be great to be able to add flags to highlight records, and to tag records with further information on bibliographica (http://bnb.bibliographica.org). This would not require editing the underlying data, but adding value to it.

(This idea came up during the JISC open bib project, I am not claiming it as my own idea)
