A comprehensive bibliography for studies, reports, documents and other resources related to open government data, including:

  • a list of legal/policy studies related to open data / PSI
  • an annotated list of open data / PSI related studies
  • a comprehensive list of economic studies on PSI licensing/pricing models

This was discussed several times by the Working Group on EU Open Data (see, e.g. here and here).

We had a call about this on 21st March 2011 with Federico Morando (NEXA), Katleen Janssen (KU Leuven), Jonathan Gray (OKF) and Daniel Dietrich (OKF).

To move forward we will:

  • Create a Google Doc for Katleen's bibliographic material (as unstructured text)
  • Create basic spreadsheet which can be imported into Bibliographica
  • Start migrating material from the Google Doc and the Etherpad into the spreadsheet
  • Contact Bibliographica developer team re: importing this and creating a basic site for the bibliography
