Strong support from me. We made an initial effort at this for bibliographic knowledge related efforts at
(http://www.bibkn.org/content/work-products "http://www.bibkn.org/content/work-products")
[http://www.bibkn.org/content/work-products](http://www.bibkn.org/content/work-products) and

with the dream of providing Linked Data. But the reality was these lists were difficult to maintain in a usefully structured format, for a number of reasons, mainly lack of capability in data acquisition and maintenance, especially lack of human resources with incentive to keep the list up to date.
Also important to consider "services" as well as "projects" and to raise awareness of
the business models sustaining these services. DOAJ http://www.doaj.org/ [http://www.doaj.org/](http://www.doaj.org/) and Sherpa/Romeo
http://www.sherpa.ac.uk/romeo/ [http://www.sherpa.ac.uk/romeo/](http://www.sherpa.ac.uk/romeo/) are relevant existing resources. Are they projects or services?
I very much hope OKF has the expertise and resources to support a wider index of open knowledge projects/services.
