The OpenGateway Project, a team of architect design idea and vision, and a draft proposal to Philippine Government to be able to establish a centralized gateway of information and a gateway for interconnected-integrated-interrelated system as a Joint-Initiative between Government and Public/Private (GPPI: Government-Public/Private Initiative) -- OPOXIII Phase-X.1 : "Open Gateway Project"

All facilities, platforms and systems are managed and maintained thru a Working Group named, --GPPI Philippines.

  • Gateway -a grid of hosting and communication facilities to interconnect all government agencies, business industries, institutions, etc. to provide automated-electronic services such as registration and licensing, verification and authentication, accreditation, tax service, identity service, security for trust and privacy, payment and collection gateways, Saas, etc.
  • Interconnected-Integrated-Interrelated System -named as the "OpenSystem".
  • Some of the platforms and systems used in the Open Gateway project was also related to other ideas and can be added as part their own initiative (+contribution, as we call it)
