The project is about using MMOGs within a flexible game engine environment (which was sofar dubbed MMOGEP- massively multiplayer online game for economic and political change) for testing toy versions of different economical/political schemes than the present one. There exists a very preliminary proposal for an example MMOG called Utopia.
